People never want a leader- they want a moderator- someone to listen empathically, nod and to make things fair, even, equitable………….Well things aren’t fair.

That’s the way it is!

The Art World follows… and Academia is no different!

They look for somebody doing something- “sort of like” someone original- Instead of looking at something truly felt and fundamental, essential and unique.

They don’t want a person doing the “real” thing………….. That’s too messy, and you certainly don’t want those people in your “house”…………..

But sometimes, somewhere, some brave soul – an individual, will put forth something real… Then all the Lilliputians scramble to find something in that vein, something similar ………….. They always think lightening will strike the same place.

Well it doesn’t. LIGHTENING ISNT FAIR!
